My personal opinion is that 2 spliffs can do wonders with this album. The band has not published any details about their line-up but all i can say is that they are not the ordinary Sleep provoking average depressive black metal. Impressive odd drums, Clean and distorted Guitars with the proper usage of solos , Bass, A fucked up arrangement of pianos dena aathal eka is not suicidal at all.. The 4th track "Gloom Perfidious" in which"The Curator" of Portal does guest vocals and they have nothing of what he does in Portal..it's much more darker..no no Sinister..that's the correct term.
Being tied to a chair in a dusty attic and sitting in front of a huge executioner who has covered his head with a black mask and is just about to rip your neck off with a fork is the trip this guys (Im not certain what to call since i dont know how many people are involved in this album, male or female) are giving.
All in all, honda sihiyata wada asihiyen inna welawal wala ahanda kiyaapu badu. Another one of those albums which makes the listener smash his forehead alone thinking "Huta badu packett!!!!!"

Nightbringer - Death and the Black Work
Epic blackmetal from the rocks of Colarado in states..saturated as fuck to give the listener a darktrip of black saturns and nyxes,The tracks someway or the other take a continuous trip..The snares have been echoed, subtle keyboard layers have been used & the bassist backs everything up with an orthodox strumming. By the time i got this album, there was no way of digging lyrics. Some months later, i read that these lords are tackling occultism (Patta!! :D). Either sober, on a Joint or Guliya..whatever the way a blackmetal fanatic pleases himself, This album needs undivided attention. Maha raa ahanda kiyaapu badu. (Its proven when the album reaches the first half an hour..it hits the listener real bad, real hard on some where in the 6th track.."Beneath the Sands of Dudael" and leaves the ears wondering " Dannan ithin Anaathai ")

Ah.... a doom,sludge, resonating human voice , carefully used synthetic sounds of machines coupled with a snare tone which i find erotic. probably another of those enormous hits that my head took after Neurosis..This is trippy as fuck yet brutal debut effort from the brainfrying quartet. Metal Archives say "Minsk "draws its nominal inspiration from a remote Belarusian city nestled deep amidst the in-betweens of the East and the West, a city that has been burned to the ground on several occassions only to be rebuilt like a phoenix rising from its ashes...""
More or less its true since the lyrics seem to suffer some sort of a moody syndrome, But its worthy to get moody on the lyrics since the tracks are solid proof of highly time-endured song writing. Amazing debut effort still bringing the schoolbøy in me..Later with the dawn of the internet, I discovered that Sanford Parker is the keyboardist/Effects in NACHTMYSTIUM who is playing bass with a bee in his head (As well the engineer as well as the producer of this album). Oh yes fucking brilliant, now let us all throw the goat horns.
