This is where you will be able to request international albums, and also reply to requests by uploading albums to a free fiile host such as Rapidshare.
NOTE: Please use these donwloads for previewing purposes ONLY. If you like what you hear, go ahead and support the artist by buying the album.
NO LOCAL CONTENT WILL BE ALLOWED.

Once uploaded, start a new post with the link to the download with as much information about the album as possible.

There's an uploading program in rapidshare....go to the site and it's there...but i think u have to register 1st

None of the sort. Choose the album that you wish to upload, compress it in either RAR or ZIP format (if you want a free compression program, try 7 Zip), go to Rapidshare/Megaupload and click on Upload, browse and choose the zipped file, click OK. Done.
Make sure the album that you upload aren't too big - in excess of 100MB and you'll be stuck uploading it for at least five hours. Of course, I am assuming you are on SLT ADSL.
